'6 families are dependent on me, so if I fail they don’t have food on their table'
There’s an up and down side. I feel extremely responsible for the things I do. 6 families are dependent on me, so if I fail they don’t have food on their table. Not only responsibility to my clients - because some of their companies are really dependent on my performance -, but also to my colleagues and my family. So if I drag down, I drag my family and 14-15 other people down with me. One one hand it makes me proud, it gives me a very fatherly feeling. I have to take care of my herd. It gaves me a very good feeling, I know that because of me those people have food on their table. But on the other hand, it also makes me quite anxious.
