95 percent of things I do I have no clue what I’m doing

This morning I had a discussion with my Dad, who has invested a lot of money in my venture, and I said we are going well with the product, but it’s not spot on yet, they don’t use it enough, the product just isn’t good enough. So my Dad says 'we just invested quite a lot of money and how is that going. What did we learn from that?' So then you think, okay we have been spending quite some time and money on it, are we doing the right things or not? 95 percent of things I do I have no clue what I’m doing. But I know it needs to be done, but I have no clue on how to do it. And there is nobody saying, oh no, you’re doing a good job, it’s going well, because nobody knows how fast it should go or how well it goes because there is no objective standard. So you get the feeling, you don’t want to fail, but you know you are. You just hope that you aren’t failing too hard. If you do fail, it’s not like you just losing face but losing 80 thousand dollars of your Dad. Which is quite, yeah…
